About the Student Portal

The Student Portal may provide lesson schedules, lesson history, practical-driving progress, theory-learning materials, theory quizzes, instructor communications, payment and invoice information, notifications, course and test-readiness information, and other driving-school related services.

Available features may change as the system is improved.

Technology Provider

The Student Portal is developed and maintained technologically by KC Software Solutions. KC Software Solutions provides the software platform and related technical services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, KC Software Solutions does not provide driving instruction, determine driving competency, schedule official tests, make student training decisions, or collect driving-school fees on its own behalf.

Central Driving School Ltd remains responsible for driving instruction, lesson delivery, course decisions, student training, instructor decisions, driving-service payments, and test-readiness decisions.

Student Accounts

Students must:

• Provide accurate information and submit truthful information.
• Keep their credentials secure and not share their accounts.
• Notify Central Driving School of suspected account compromise.
• Keep their contact details up to date.

Central Driving School may restrict or suspend access because of misuse, fraud, security threats, or a serious breach of these Terms.

Driving Lessons

Students should arrive on time, attend in a condition suitable for safe driving, follow instructor safety instructions, treat staff and instructors respectfully, and comply with applicable road-safety requirements.

Central Driving School may reschedule lessons because of instructor availability, vehicle availability, weather, safety, operational circumstances, or events outside its reasonable control. Reasonable efforts should be made to notify affected students.

Course Progress

Completing a certain number of lessons does not automatically guarantee test readiness, passing a driving test, receiving a driving licence, or a particular test result. Competency depends on applicable requirements, performance, theory knowledge, and instructor assessment.

Theory Materials

Study materials and quizzes support learning but do not replace instructor guidance, official road traffic rules, official testing requirements, or official publications from relevant authorities.

Payments

Fees will be communicated through the school, an invoice, the Student Portal, or an authorised Central Driving School channel. Students should review the amount, service, payment status, and applicable conditions before paying.

Lesson Cancellation

Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, Central Driving School may allow the lesson to be rescheduled subject to instructor and vehicle availability.

Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or the student fails to attend without notice, the lesson may be treated as missed and may not qualify for rescheduling, credit, or refund.

Genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be considered by the Central Driving School office on a case-by-case basis.

Messaging

Portal messaging must not be used for harassment, threats, abusive content, impersonation, malware, unlawful material, or deliberate interference with the system.

Portal Availability

Central Driving School and KC Software Solutions will make reasonable efforts to maintain portal availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions may result from maintenance, updates, hosting issues, network failure, security incidents, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Portal software, interface, design, and technology remain the property of their respective rights holders, including KC Software Solutions where applicable. Driving-school branding and course content remain owned by Central Driving School or their respective rights holders.

Students may use content for legitimate personal training but may not unlawfully copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected material.

Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended because of fraud, serious misuse, unlawful behaviour, security threats, persistent abuse, or serious violations of these Terms.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit consumer rights that apply under the laws of Zambia.

Changes to These Terms

Central Driving School may update these Terms because of legal changes, operational changes, or service changes. The latest version should remain available online.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
