Central Driving School reviews the complaint and assigns it appropriately.
This may include reviewing lesson records, payment records, instructor information, messages, invoices, and other relevant records.
Possible outcomes include an explanation, correction, rescheduling, credit, refund where appropriate, management escalation, or another reasonable resolution.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response as soon as reasonably possible. More complex complaints may require additional investigation.
If dissatisfied, a student may request a review by Central Driving School management. The student should explain why they disagree with the initial outcome and what resolution they are seeking.
Students retain any right they may have to seek assistance from an appropriate regulator or lawful dispute-resolution body.
A student will not be penalised merely for making a genuine complaint in good faith.
This does not prevent action in response to threats, harassment, fraud, deliberately false allegations, or abusive behaviour.
